Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance software solutions for key PLM applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and existing architecture standards.
Translate business requirements into functional technical solutions through close collaboration with business design groups and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across application, data, and integration layers, including problems with non-obvious root causes.
Perform incident management activities in alignment with ITIL practices, including issue resolution, root cause identification, and follow-up actions.
Maintain, modify, and support sub-systems, integrations, and third-party components within the PLM ecosystem.
Ensure data integrity, system stability, and application reliability through sound design, validation, and operational practices.
Develop and execute unit testing to ensure high-quality, reliable, and defect-free software deliverables.
Adhere to established Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, including coding standards, peer reviews, testing,



and release processes.
Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to provide updates, escalate risks, and align on technical decisions.
Seek guidance from senior engineers or architects when requirements are ambiguous or unfamiliar technical challenges arise.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including code documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
Investigate and evaluate emerging technologies and tools to improve development practices and application capabilities.
Support production deployments, including participation in change windows and off-hours activities as required.
Operate effectively within CEST time zone expectations while supporting global delivery models.
Required Education and Experience
