The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (Individual contributor) is responsible for overseeing Coca-Cola India & Southwest Asia Operating Unit’s (INSWA OU) end-to-end Talent Acquisition cycle. This role also owns and manages our best-in-class Management Trainee program in India and leads the Mantra Internship program in close collaboration with the Marketing team, ensuring the attraction and development of high-potential early career talent. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a streamlined TA process as well as the actual execution of the Talent Acquisition strategy in partnership with the People & Culture partners and the business. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition APAC, the candidate will join the networked team and the INSWA OU HR Leadership team and partner with the P&C; team
