The team provides an creative web technology platform hosted in the cloud and ensures compliances and security features across our websites. You will be part of Amgen's Global Commercial Client Facing Web Technology Team.
As an Adobe AEM Architect (CMS Architect), you will serve as the technical authority for the Adobe Experience Manager platform. You will define the platform architecture, establish engineering standards and governance, and ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise technology strategies. You will partner closely with product teams, developers, operations, infrastructure, security, and enterprise architecture to enable successful digital experiences across Amgen.
Your responsibilities will include:




Own the overall operational health, stability, availability, and continuous improvement of Amgen's global Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.
Define and govern platform architecture, engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, security, and maintainability across global implementations.
Lead day-to-day platform operations, including incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, service requests, and technical escalations for production issues.
Oversee operational support activities, including ticket triage, platform maintenance, release readiness, upgrades, patching, and change management to ensure reliable platform operations.
Design and implement reusable AEM components, platform services, integrations, and foundational capabilities that enable multiple product and delivery teams.
