Role Summary / Purpose
The Resilience and Incident Management Analyst is the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team’s prepper and fixer: ready before disruption hits and first to act when it does. Where TPRM identifies where the risk is, this role makes sure the organization is ready for it. Identifying risk only reduces it if the organization can act, and this role converts the risk program's insight into protection of the revenue, continuity, and customer commitments on which Applied depends.
Before disruption, the Analyst owns the supply chain resilience program, supplier-continuity planning, and tabletop exercises so plans exist before they are needed. When risk becomes reality, they run incident management and recovery coordination — the pillar that turns risk identification into operatio
