We are looking for a highly skilled Hire-to-Retire operations professional to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end HR operational excellence across our employee lifecycle and time & attendance processes. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and local regulations and achieving defined service levels and operational KPIs. As a key contact for employees, managers, and stakeholders, you will contribute to delivering seamless and best-in-class employee experience. As the subject matter expert for H2R processes and Workday transactions, you will be expected to contribute to process standards, data quality,
compliance requirements and continuous improvement opportunities.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
Support the operational execution of HR strategic objectives and process initiatives. Act as the SME for Workday HCM employee lifecycle transactions and ensure adherence to global process standards.
Own and execute end to end Hire‑to‑Retire (H2R) processes from onboarding to offboarding, employee data changes, time & attendance management and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of all transactions across HR systems.
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Technology teams to ensure seamless employee experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HCM systems (Workday, SAP).
Hands‑on experience in managing and resolving service requests via case management tool (ServiceNow) within the defined Service
