ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Effectively capture business requirements to write explicit user scenarios• Participate in the process to translate business requirements/user stories into defined specifications including communicating with systems analysts and developers to clarify information• Conduct Joint Application Development sessions with the business users to elicit requirement• Ability to work in an Agile project team• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to acquire user feedback and refine requirements• Assist with defining test cases per the specifications including clear acceptance criteria• Assist with the execution of test cases and validate solution meets defined specifications• Validation & Testing - Execute system testing when assigned, lead/facilitate user acceptance testing, ensuring that the software delivered fulfills established use cases and specifications• Mentor junior level business analysts when called upon• Assist the Product Managers with smaller projects and operational tasks as lead when assigned.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent technical degree required• At least 5 years’ experience in an analyst role and/or related business experience, preferably with a focus on the Sourcing space• High level of comfort working with custom developed .NET Applicati
