This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office. Remote applicants will not be considered.
Software Engineer II (P2)
Responsibilities:
Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to improve developer productivity and code quality
Work closely with Product Owners to refine requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure deliverables align with business goals.
Actively participate in Agile team activities, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
Collaborate with QA engineers to define testing strategies, validate functionality, and maintain high-quality standards.
Partner with peers to deliver high-quality bi-weekly sprints and scheduled releases on time.
Ensure compliance with internal coding, documentation, and security standards.
