We are seeking a Finance Operations Lead to oversee our SaaS billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), and subscription revenue recognition.



You will lead financial operations and play a critical role in optimizing our ERP infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings robust experience in ERP implementations and complex SaaS billing models, with NetSuite experience being a major advantage.
Key Responsibilities
SaaS Revenue & Billing Operations
Manage the end-to-end SaaS billing cycle, including new subscriptions, renewals, upsells, and mid-term upgrades.
Oversee deferred revenue and SaaS revenue recognition compliance under ASC 606 / IFRS 15 frameworks.
Manage automated subscription billing schedules, usage-based metrics, and multi-tier pricing structures.
Monitor AR aging reports, manage churn risk, and drive dunning and collections workflows.
Reconcile SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, LTV) with core accounting ledgers during month-end close.
ERP Implementation & System Integration
Lead or support the implementation, testing, and deployment of SaaS-specific ERP modules.
