This is a customer-facing technical role that sits at the intersection of customers, Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Experience teams.
You will take ownership of integration and technical issues from initial investigation through final resolution.
The role combines robust communication skills with practical knowledge of APIs, web technologies, debugging, and SaaS integrations.
You will translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
You’ll also test fixes, investigate root causes, document recurring issues, and communicate solutions clearly to customers.
Success in this position requires curiosity, ownership, and the ability to navigate complex problems without simply passing tickets between teams.

Accountabilities:
Own technical and integration-related customer queries end-to-end, from initial acknowledgement and investigation through resolution.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements, investigation steps, and actionable next steps.
Troubleshoot integration and product issues, investigate root causes, and identify appropriate solutions or practical workarounds.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and Customer Experience teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
Create, manage, and track internal tickets while coordinating with relevant teams and following issues through to closure.
Test and validate fixes before communicating confirmed resolutions to customers.
Participate in customer calls and confidently address technical, integration, and product-related questions.
