Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer with strong technical expertise in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to support the design, development, and deployment of next‑generation energy storage solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of AC/DC power systems, system studies, component sizing,
and compliance with global electrical standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a rapid‑paced engineering environment, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust and scalable designs.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical System Engineering
Lead electrical design and integration efforts for utility‑scale BESS applications.
Develop system architecture, protection concepts, and interface requirements across AC and DC domains.
Collaborate with mechanical, controls, firmware, and system engineering teams to ensure end‑to‑end design cohesion.
Prepare and review key engineering deliverables including, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Schematics and wiring diagrams, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Cable schedules, cable harness layouts, and routing plans
Ensure design packages meet quality, safety, and manufacturability requirements through all project phases.
