As a Technical Support Engineer, you will help enterprise customers resolve complex technical challenges involving cybersecurity and network security solutions.
You will become deeply familiar with zero-trust security technologies and use your expertise to investigate and resolve customer issues.
The role combines hands-on troubleshooting, technical analysis, customer communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will take ownership of incidents from investigation through resolution while ensuring customers receive responsive and effective support.
You will also identify recurring issues and recommend solutions that improve product reliability and prevent future problems.

Provide responsive, high-quality technical support to B2B customers, acting as a trusted partner throughout the issue-resolution process.
Develop in-depth expertise in zero-trust network security and segmentation technologies to effectively troubleshoot customer environments.
Own technical problems from initial investigation through resolution, maintaining explicit communication and appropriate follow-up with customers.
Lead investigations into complex product, platform, and customer issues, using structured troubleshooting and analytical techniques.
Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and support teams to diagnose issues and drive effective resolutions.
