As a Global US Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and guiding complex business issues from strategy to execution. This role is client-facing,
requiring you to leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and recognizing when to take action or escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.
