This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on strengthening global business operations, process governance, and compliance across a complex, highly regulated environment. You will shape operational risk frameworks, governance standards, and scalable processes supporting both B2B and B2C operations. The role has broad cross-functional visibility, partnering with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Technology, Product, and Analytics teams. You will lead transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance customer outcomes. Working across multiple geographies and time zones, you will establish best practices and drive measurable operational improvements. Accountabilities:




Lead global operational support and governance initiatives across B2B and B2C business processes, establishing consistent standards, controls, and best practices.
Develop and maintain process governance frameworks, operational risk practices, and compliance-focused operating models.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks while strengthening controls and ensuring sustainable risk management practices.
Translate regulatory requirements into practical processes, controls, and operating procedures that support ongoing regulatory readiness.
Partner closely with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Technology, Product, and Data & Analytics teams to address risks and improve business performance.
Lead large-scale process transformation, continuous improvement, automation, and optimization initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
