Job Requirements
We are looking for a Senior Product expert to drive a strong culture of Product Excellence and Process Excellence within our organization. As the Senior Production Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Stated Product Quality standards & Guidelines, daily monitoring and review of product quality, performance, and compliance, and developing and enhancing employee capabilities through structured skill development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes, ensuring alignment with product standards, quality requirements, and manufacturing recipes.
- Conduct regular process audits to verify compliance with SOPs and identify deviations or gaps.
- Drive timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to close identified process gaps and prevent recurrence.
- Drive implementation of Quality Management (QM) pillar steps across the factory to strengthen quality culture and process discipline.




- Monitor process adherence through defined KPIs and follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure sustained compliance.

Work Experience
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Product Expert with experience in jewelry manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SOP formation and process control, as well as experience in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and Quality Management (QM) pillar steps.
