Scalable solution development
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop SAP Fieldglass solutions for contingent workforce processes
Act as an SME and collaborate with multiple teams
Lead technical decisions and provide solutions to complex problems
Work on integrations and data flow between enterprise applications
Identify and implement process improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project objectives and deliverables
Mentor junior team members and support team development
