As a PMO you will get hands-on exposure to project planning, tracking, reporting, operations, and coordination while working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing project-level updates and tracking overall project health.
Support project teams in ensuring timely delivery of client commitments and milestones.
Assist with resource allocation,



team alignment, and project coordination.
Coordinate and track project/client escalations and follow-ups.
Manage and maintain project trackers, reports, and dashboards using Excel.
Support operations teams with data, reporting, and day-to-day coordination.
Assist C-Suite and senior stakeholders with project updates, reports, and follow-ups.
Support CRM-related activities and maintain relevant project/client information.
Work with Jira for project, task, and progress tracking.
Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop a basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality requirements.
Bring a techno-functional mindset to understand both business requirements and technology-driven project activities.
Stay organized, follow up on action items, and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks
