nWe are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Community Manager Intern to help build and manage Oben Electric's online community across social media and digital platforms. This role will be responsible for engaging with our audience, managing outreach program, and identifying trends.

nThe ideal candidate should be active on social media, have solid communication skills, understand internet culture and trends, and have a genuine interest in motorcycles, electric vehicles, and digital communities.
nResponsibilities
nCommunity Management & Engagement

- Manage and engage with the Oben community across social media and relevant digital platformsn
- Initiate and participate in relevant conversations to increase community engagementn

nCommunity Engagement Growth Initiatives

- Support community-building activities including reels, stories, posts, online reviewsn
- Identify and engage with Oben riders, EV enthusiasts, brand advocates, and potential creatorsn




- Support initiatives designed to increase participation and engagement within the Oben communityn

nContent & Trend Identification

- Stay updated on social media trends, memes, conversations, and emerging content formatsn
- Identify relevant trends and community conversations that can be leveraged by Obenn
- Support the content team with ideas based on trending topics and audience conversationsn
- Identify potential opportunities for user-generated content, creator collaborations, and community-led contentn

nCustomer Feedback & Insights

- Collect and organize customer feedback from social media and community platformsn
- Identify frequently asked questions and recurring customer concernsn
- Share actionable community insights with the marketing, sales, product, and customer support teamsn
- Track customer conversations around products, features, campaigns, and overall brand experiencen
