Job DescriptionJ.K. Burad Offset is a leading heat transfer label and garment embellishment manufacturer, trusted by premium apparel brands. We're looking for a detail-obsessed Pre-Press Designer to join our production team.
nWhat you'll do
n• Prepare print-ready artwork for heat transfer labels — color separations, spot color creation, and film output
n• Convert brand artwork into production-ready files with correct trapping, bleed, registration marks, and imposition (step-and-repeat)
n• Match and manage Pantone / spot colors across silicon HD, CMYK transfer, metallic foil, and flock processes
n• Coordinate with the production floor to resolve pre-press and print quality issues
n• Maintain artwork libraries and ensure files meet client and compliance specifications
nWhat we're looking for




n• 2+ years in pre-press / graphic design, ideally in heat transfer, screen printing, or label/garment printing
n• Solid hands-on skills in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW
n• Solid understanding of color separation, spot vs. process color, and screen printing pre-press
n• Sharp eye for color accuracy and registration
n• Ability to work to tight deadlines with a quality-first mindset
nBonus points
n• Experience with automation/scripting (Illustrator ExtendScript, CorelDRAW VBA)
n• Familiarity with garment embellishment processes and Pantone TCX color systems
