Swades AI is building India’s first applied AI lab.
Alongside the company, we are building a founder-led media brand documenting two Indian brothers building an AI business in New York City. The content will combine practical AI education, entrepreneurship, founder stories, business experiments, and the reality of building between India and the United States.
Our ambition is to build a trusted creator brand in the category—not simply a company social-media account. Think high-value, personality-led business content similar in ambition to Ankur Warikoo and Ishan Sharma, while developing a distinctive Swades AI voice.
The role
We are looking for a highly driven Founding Content Lead who has previously worked directly with an established creator, influencer, celebrity, or founder-led media brand.
You will operate as the showrunner behind the founders. You will identify stories, research ideas, develop repeatable content formats, write scripts, manage production,



direct editors, publish content, and use performance data to improve every release.
This is not a conventional social-media-manager position. You should have experienced a serious creator production environment, understand what drives views and retention, and be comfortable being accountable for channel growth.
What you will own
Develop the founders’ overall content positioning and editorial voice.
Turn business activity, AI developments, and founder experiences into compelling content.
Create recurring formats for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Research subjects and write scripts, outlines, hooks, interview questions, and calls to action.
Conduct content-mining sessions with both founders.
Build and manage the weekly content calendar.
Prepare filming briefs and remotely direct founder recording sessions.
