Education Resource Person – Training & Project Support Role Summary The Education Resource Person will provide education-sector support for training, orientation, project implementation, pilot activities, field engagement, software/user testing, content review and other education-related assignments as required by the organisation.
The role will be engaged on an assignment/task basis depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities Conduct and facilitate teacher training, orientation programmes, workshops, demonstrations and other capacity-building activities.
Support implementation of education projects at school, district and state levels.
Facilitate sessions for teachers, school leaders, resource persons and other education stakeholders using approved programme materials.
Support pilots, demonstrations, field activities and school-level implementation.
Test education software, digital platforms and workflows from a teacher and practitioner perspective.
Provide structured feedback on usability, clarity, functionality and practical application of digital systems.




Review educational content, training materials, handbooks, facilitator guides, instructions and learning resources for clarity, usability and classroom relevance.
Provide practical feedback on Teaching-Learning Materials (TLMs), classroom resources and activity-based learning materials.
Support Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), foundational-stage and school-education activities where required.
Interact with teachers, school leaders, government education officials and other project stakeholders during assigned activities.
Collect and document structured feedback, observations and implementation issues from training programmes, pilots and field activities.
Prepare concise activity reports, training records, observations, feedback summaries and other documentation required for the assigned work.
Support project meetings, consultations, demonstrations and review activities as required.
