Role Description The Technical Support Engineer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Guwahati, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. The Technical Support Engineer will provide frontline technical assistance to internal teams and external clients, resolving issues related to advertising systems, digital displays,



and related software or hardware. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, managing support tickets, documenting solutions, and escalating complex issues when necessary. The role involves collaborating with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery, maintaining system performance, and communicating clearly with stakeholders to provide timely updates and guidance.
