Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Management role based in New Delhi. The Talent Management specialist will oversee the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including onboarding, performance conversations, and development initiatives for creative professionals within the Influserv network. Day-to-day responsibilities include building strong relationships with talent and brand partners,



coordinating participation in campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring talent experience standards are met. The role also involves supporting training and development programs, facilitating feedback processes, and contributing to succession planning for key roles and strategic partnerships. Collaboration with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and account management is essential to align talent strategy with business goals.
Qualifications
Robust Talent Management skills, with experience in designing and implementing talent strategies that support organizational and creative goals.
Demonstrated expertise in Employee Engagement, including relationship building, communication, and initiatives that enhance satisfaction and retention.
