Role Description The Floor Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the shop floor. This position involves monitoring staff performance, coordinating shifts, and ensuring that production, sales, and customer service processes run smoothly and efficiently. The Floor Supervisor will handle customer interactions when needed,



resolve escalated issues, and ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols. The role includes training and coaching team members, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining accurate reports on floor activities and performance metrics. The supervisor collaborates with management and other departments to improve workflows, enhance service quality, and achieve operational targets.
