About Swades AI
Swades AI is India's #1 Applied AI Research Lab, backed by Y Combinator and top Silicon Valley investors including Soma Capital and Slow Ventures. Our HealOS product line — AI Scribe, AI Receptionist, Prior Authorization, Benefit Verification, and Fax & Referrals — serves US independent medical practices. The same team also runs two additional SaaS products, PowerDialer.ai and OpenMic.ai. We're fully remote — our team works from different locations, and we hire people who've already done the exact job we're hiring for, not people who've managed someone else doing it.
About the Role
We hire for what you've already done, not for a title. This posting maps to real work — searches like DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, IT Systems Administrator — and we're looking for someone who has done this exact job before.
You've worked at an Indian SaaS company with real compliance exposure, 3–6 years.



Healthcare or fintech background is a genuine advantage given our HealOS product line.
What You'll Own
● CI/CD across all four products
● Cloud infrastructure and cost
● Uptime and on-call
● MDM on every company device
● SSO and identity
● API key and secret rotation
● HIPAA-adjacent controls for HealOS
What You Won't Own
● Application code
● Product security decisions (you advise, you don't decide)
How We'll Measure Success
Uptime per product, and open security findings past SLA.
How We'll Evaluate You
Walk us through the last outage you handled — detection, diagnosis, fix, and what you changed afterward.
Hiring Process
