About the Role
This is not a conventional internship.
You will work directly with the Founder on high-impact projects across growth, partnerships, marketplaces, operations, customer experience, product, content, research, AI/automation and internal systems.
The role is built for someone who sees themselves as a future founder and wants to understand how a startup is actually built and scaled from the inside.

What You’ll Do
You may work on:
Growth and revenue experiments
Marketplace expansion
Partnerships and business development
Current product and market research
Customer experience
Operations and process improvement
Content and creator ecosystems
AI/automation projects
Founder-led special projects

The scope will change depending on the highest-priority problems in the business.

Important
This is a completely execution-driven role.
You will not be spoon-fed every task or given step-by-step instructions. You will often be expected to:
Understand the Problem → Research → Build a Solution → Execute → Measure → Improve
The Founder will provide direction. You will be expected to drive execution.
