About Swades AI
Swades AI is India's #1 Applied AI Research Lab, backed by Y Combinator and top Silicon Valley investors including Soma Capital and Slow Ventures. Our HealOS product line — AI Scribe, AI Receptionist, Prior Authorization, Benefit Verification, and Fax & Referrals — serves US independent medical practices. The same team also runs two additional SaaS products, PowerDialer.ai and OpenMic.ai. ● The sales deck
● Feeding raw material to the SEO & Content Specialist
What You Won't Own
● Distribution
● Ad spend
● SEO execution
How We'll Measure Success
Landing page conversion rate, and win rate against named competitors.
How We'll Evaluate You
Give us a one-page positioning doc for HealOS plus three competitor battlecards.
Hiring Process
● A work sample that mirrors the real job (never a puzzle), and a reference check with consent collected up front.
● We screen on current CTC, not expected CTC.
