About Swades AI
Swades AI is India's #1 Applied AI Research Lab, backed by Y Combinator and top Silicon Valley investors including Soma Capital and Slow Ventures. Our HealOS product line — AI Scribe, AI Receptionist, Prior Authorization, Benefit Verification, and Fax & Referrals — serves US independent medical practices. The same team also runs two additional SaaS products, PowerDialer.ai and OpenMic.ai. You've worked support at an Indian SaaS company on US hours, 1–3 years. Written English quality matters more than years of experience.
What You'll Own
● Tier-1 support and SLA
● Non-technical onboarding
● The help centre and docs
● Escalating to QA with reproducible cases

● Bug fixes
● Selling
● Technical implementation
How We'll Measure Success
First-response time, and ticket deflection via documentation.
How We'll Evaluate You
We'll give you a real angry ticket and ask for your reply. We're reading tone and clarity, not product knowledge.
Hiring Process
