We are seeking a hands-on Principal Software Engineer to lead a Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) pod focused on rapidly building and scaling AI-powered solutions. This is a builder-first leadership role, with approximately 40% hands-on coding and architecture, requiring solid expertise in Full-Stack Development, AI/GenAI, Cloud, and Engineering Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow an engineering pod, owning delivery outcomes and technical direction.
Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI/GenAI solutions.
Develop LLM, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, and RAG-based applications.
Build APIs, data pipelines, and integrations with enterprise platforms.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate ideas into working prototypes and production solutions.
Drive rapid prototyping, demos, and iterative product development.
Mentor engineers and foster a high-performance engineering culture.
