An SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Manager plays a critical role in bridging the gap between an organization’s financial operations and its IT infrastructure. They are responsible for leading the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP FICO modules (often transitioning to or leveraging SAP S/4HANA) to align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Your Role

The SAP FICO Manager will lead a team of Functional Analyst and Architect to oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.



This position requires expert in people management, deep functional expertise in core accounting and managerial costing processes, robust project management capabilities, and a proven track record of handling full-lifecycle SAP implementations (including SAP S/4HANA migrations). The manager ensures financial reporting accuracy, system integration, and compliance with local and global financial standards.
