Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid User Experience Designer role based in Indore, with flexibility for some work from home. The User Experience Designer will translate product and brand goals into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and digital products.



Day-to-day work includes collaborating with stakeholders to define problems, conducting and synthesizing user research, and applying design thinking to craft user-centered solutions. The role involves creating prototypes in tools like Figma, iterating based on feedback and data, and partnering with developers to ensure smooth handoff to production-ready code. The designer will also contribute to design systems and component libraries, help shape AI-powered interfaces, and maintain consistent visual and interaction patterns across projects.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Design Thinking and User Experience (UX), with the ability to frame problems, explore options, and deliver user-centered solutions.
Hands-on experience in User Research, including planning, conducting, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights.
