Role Description The Membership Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at GCC Club in Mira Road, Thane. This role is responsible for driving membership growth by identifying prospects, conducting tours of the club facilities, and presenting membership options tailored to guest needs. Daily activities include handling inquiries, following up on leads, explaining membership benefits and pricing,



and closing sales in a professional and service-oriented manner. The specialist will maintain accurate records of member data, manage renewals, and support retention initiatives through regular communication and personalized service. The role also involves collaborating with the front office, events, and marketing teams to promote membership offerings, participating in occasional promotional activities, and staying updated on all club services and policies.

Qualifications
Strong Membership Sales and Sales skills, with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest and member experiences.
Transparent and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in Training or being trained on membership plans, product knowledge, and sales processes.
Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, clubs, or leisure services is preferred.
