Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads,



and nurturing relationships with prospects and existing clients across key sectors such as power, oil & gas, water, and automation. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, prepare proposals, participate in client meetings and presentations, and collaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams to align customer requirements with BnB’s solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, supporting contract negotiations, and contributing to revenue growth and client retention goals. The individual will be expected to represent BnB’s values of ethics, excellence, and innovation in all client interactions.
