Head of Business Systems (Hands-on Builder) I Remote I Reports directly to Executive Leadership

We are not looking for an orchestrator, a delegator, or a traditional "sit-back-and-report" IT manager. We are looking for a hands-on builder and operational partner to step up as our Head of Technology & Business Systems.

You must be someone who gets into the weeds, understands the codebase, maps out complex business processes, and builds scalable AI, automation, and software solutions that directly impact our bottom line. If you started your career in business operations, consulting, project management, or product—and then built deep technical expertise to become a high-output technology leader—this role is for you.

What You Will Be Doing (The Hands-On Work)

Build & Scale AI & Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks across operations, sales, customer service, and finance, and roll up your sleeves to implement practical AI, API integrations, and workflow automations.
Lead & Audit Software Delivery:



Manage developers and contractors by directly reviewing code, challenging development estimates, simplifying architecture, and preventing over-engineering.
Transform Business Processes: Work directly alongside team leads inside the business to map workflows, fix duplicated effort, eliminate manual tasks, and redesign processes before applying technology.
Optimize Core Business Systems: Own, integrate, and consolidate our core platforms (CRM, Analytics, Finance, QA, Workflow tools) to establish reliable data, eliminate operational noise, and reduce tech debt.
Drive Measurable ROI: Track exact metrics—hours saved, operating cost reductions, cycle time improvements, and deployment predictability—to prove the financial value of technology investments.
