Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and execute day-to-day digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation for Glint India Technologies. This full-time, on-site role in Noida includes planning and running social media campaigns, creating and optimizing web content, and coordinating online marketing initiatives across channels.



The role involves monitoring and analyzing web and campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and recommending improvements based on data insights. The Digital Marketing Executive will collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging, support promotions, and ensure consistent communication across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with experience in planning and executing digital campaigns.
Robust Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Web Content Writing, with the ability to create engaging, accurate, and brand-aligned digital content.
Experience using Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize digital strategies.
