Role Description The Waiter role at Yellow Rose is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The Waiter will welcome guests, present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely and qualified manner. Daily responsibilities include maintaining table settings, monitoring guest needs, answering questions about menu items, and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure smooth service. The Waiter will handle billing, process payments, and support opening and closing duties such as cleaning,



organizing the dining area, and restocking supplies. This role also involves contributing to a friendly, inclusive environment and upholding hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests politely and effectively.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including basic menu understanding and serving etiquette.
Basic Cooking awareness is beneficial for explaining menu items and coordinating with the kitchen team.
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced work environment.
Attention to cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak times.
Minimum high school education or equivalent; formal hospitality training is an advantage.
