Job Summary:
MARS COSMETICS is seeking a talented Senior Illustrator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in illustration, with a focus on packaging materials and packaging design. This role requires a creative individual who can translate concepts into visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Create original illustrations and designs for packaging materials
Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to understand design requirements
Develop and maintain brand guidelines for packaging design




Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor packaging designs
Ensure all designs meet regulatory and compliance standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in illustration and packaging design
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in packaging and illustration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong illustration skills with a focus on packaging design
Experience in creating visual concepts and designs for cosmetic products
Knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout design
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
