About the Role
We are looking for a creative, organised, and research-driven Content Strategist Intern to support the planning, development, and execution of content across social media and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, storytelling, and basic content performance metrics. You will work closely with our marketing, design, video, and business teams to create content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Research industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and trending content formats
• Assist in developing weekly and monthly content strategies and calendars
• Generate creative ideas for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, blogs, and other digital channels
• Develop content concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, post copy, and campaign ideas




• Work closely with video editors, graphic designers, and content creators
• Identify trending topics, sounds, formats, and conversations relevant to the brand
• Conduct competitor and content gap analysis
• Develop educational, promotional, authority-building, and engagement-focused content
• Review content performance and track reach, views, engagement, shares, saves, followers, and conversions
• Recommend improvements based on audience behaviour and performance data
• Repurpose existing content across different platforms and formats
• Support campaigns, product/service launches, and promotional activities
• Stay updated with social media algorithms, digital marketing trends, and emerging platforms

Required Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms
• Strong research and content idea-genera
