The Role
We're hiring a Business Development Executive to drive the top of our sales funnel. You'll identify high-risk merchants across our focus industries and reach out to them through email, calls, and online channels to introduce how PayConsults can strengthen their payment operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who's proactive, organized, and eager to build a career in B2B sales and the payments space.

What You'll Do




Identify and research high-risk merchants across our catered industries (iGaming, adult, AI companions, Forex, and more) as potential prospects
Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and online channels to generate interest and open conversations
Prepare and update sales materials, decks, and outreach templates
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads and interactions in our CRM tools
Coordinate and schedule follow-ups to keep prospects engaged and move deals forward
Gather market intelligence on payment solutions, industry trends, and competitors to sharpen our approach

What We're Looking For
A bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers are encouraged to apply)
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with outbound outreach — email, calls, and social channels
Organized and detail-oriented, with the discipline to keep records clean and follow-ups on time
