Role Summary

The Tax Executive – Indirect Taxation will support GST compliance, return filing,



reconciliations, refunds, notices, audits, and documentation. The role requires a positive understanding of GST regulations, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

GST Compliance

Prepare and assist in filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
Perform GST and ITC reconciliations between books and returns.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.

LUT & Export Compliance

Assist in LUT filing and export-related GST compliance.
Maintain export documentation and records.

GST Refunds

Support preparation and filing of GST refund applications.
Coordinate documentation and follow up on refund claims.

GST Notices & Assessments

Assist in preparing replies to GST notices and departmental queries.
Compile supporting documents for assessments and audits.
Maintain notice and compliance trackers.

Audit & Litigation Support

Support GST audits and department
