Required Qualifications And Experience

CA / CMA Intermediate qualified, with no intention of pursuing further studies towards completion of CA / CMA.
Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Accounts, Taxation and Finance.
Young, dynamic, energetic and proactive skilled with a strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, preferably from an English-medium background.
Willingness to travel overseas as and when required for official assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review accounting and taxation activities of foreign branches and overseas projects.
Pass and review accounting entries in Tally ERP, including foreign currency transactions,



exchange differences and related adjustments.
Able to pass necessary accounting entries for transactions between foreign branches and Head Office, including proper reconciliation of inter-branch balances.
Analytically scrutinize and validate invoices and payments with reference to contractual terms, agreed rates, payment milestones, supporting documents and applicable taxes.
Ensure proper deduction, accounting and compliance of WHT/TDS, VAT/GST and other applicable taxes of foreign branches or overseas projects.
Coordinate with foreign branch tax consultants for:
Tax and statutory registrations in respective countries.
Bank account opening and related documentation.
Periodic direct and indirect tax return filings.
Tax assessments, notices and other statutory matters.
Ongoing tax and regulatory compliance.
