Roles & Responsiblities:
Identify, target, and connect with corporate clients and corporate leaders to promote training and certification solutions.
Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Understand client training requirements and recommend suitable corporate learning programs.
Deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership terms with corporate clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Update and manage lead data, interactions,



and sales progress in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams (training, operations, marketing) for smooth onboarding and delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine sales strategy.

Mandatory Skills Required:
Robust communication and presentation skills
Proven B2B sales or corporate sales experience
Negotiation and persuasion abilities
Online Lead generation ( Linkedin Sales Navigator)
Relationship-building skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
Mnimum qualification: Graduation

Salary & Perks
Salary INR 20,000 – INR 35,000 per month (excluding variables)
Travelling Allowances for client meeting visit only
Variable: Attractive incentives, contests & goodies
Working days will be 6 days per week ( Monday-Saturday)
