About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytically driven Associate Product Manager to join our product team. In this role, you will work closely with product leaders, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to build and improve B2B enterprise products that solve meaningful customer problems at scale. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working in B2B SaaS and enterprise environments, enjoys solving complex customer problems, and can work closely with engineering teams to drive product development and execution. We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong technical foundation, including those who have transitioned from software engineering into product management,



as well as candidates who have experience building technically complex products or taking products/features from 0→1.

Responsibilities

Product Discovery & Analysis

Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Understand enterprise customer journeys, uncover pain points, and recommend solutions that drive better outcomes.
Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery to understand business requirements and product opportunities.
Monitor product performance and track key business and product metrics.

Product Development & Execution

Own and support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from problem definition to launch and iteration.
Write explicit and actionable PRDs, product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
