Role Description The Ticketing Executive Amadeus role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves handling flight reservations and ticket issuance through Amadeus, including fare calculation, reissues, cancellations, and schedule changes. The Ticketing Executive will manage customer inquiries, provide accurate information on routes, fares, and travel rules, and ensure timely resolution of booking-related issues. Daily tasks include coordinating with the sales team, maintaining booking records,



verifying travel documents and details, and delivering professional customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions. The role also requires adherence to company policies, airline regulations, and service standards to maintain high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Ticket Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and meet performance targets.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle diverse customers, manage queries, and provide explicit, polite, and timely support.
Candidates should possess solid Reservations skills, including experience with Amadeus or similar GDS platforms for booking, modifying, and canceling tickets.
