About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Executive Recruiting Talent Coordinator who would be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the interview process for senior and executive-level recruitment assignments. The role acts as the central coordination point between Candidates, Executive Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Interview panels ensuring a seamless, professional and highly responsive experience throughout the recruitment process.

This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage complex interview schedules involving multiple senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
1. Interview Planning & Scheduling
Own the end-to-end planning and scheduling of interviews for executive and senior level candidates
Coordinate complex interview schedules involving multiple interviewers, candidates and stakeholders
Manage calendars across different time zones and locations
Identify scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them
Coordinate virtual, in-person, panel and multi-stage interviews




Ensure interview schedules are finalized and communicated well in advance
Manage last minute changes, cancellations and rescheduling with minimal disruption

2. Candidate Experience
Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
Provide candidates with explicit information regarding interview dates, timings, participants, etc.
Ensure candidates have a smooth and professional experience at every stage
Maintain regular communication with candidates and promptly address scheduling – related questions
Handle sensitive and confidential candidate information with discretion

3. Interviewer & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with Executive Recruiters, Search consultants, Hiring Managers, Executives and Interview Panels
Ensure interviewers have the required candidate information and interview details ahead of each meeting
Track interviews and ensure timely feedback fol
