2+ years of relevant experience in learning operations, learning deployment, HR operations, programme coordination, LMS administration or a related operational support role.

Supports the delivery and continuous improvement of Aon's global onboarding program by coordinating day-to-day operations, logistics, communications, reporting, and project activities. Maintains onboarding resources and data, provides stakeholder support, tracks program performance, and helps drive process enhancements through automation, AI, Copilot, and other digital solutions to improve the current hire experience.
