You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely order processing, dispatch coordination, delivery tracking, and operational reporting for leading quick-commerce and e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Zepto.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Order & Indent Management
Coordinate with the E-Commerce team to collect Purchase Orders (POs)
Raise indents in SF/Bizom systems
Generate invoices and maintain order accuracy
ASN & Appointment Coordination
Create Advance Shipment Notifications (ASNs) for platforms like Zepto
Schedule delivery appointments for Amazon and other partners
Ensure compliance with platform timelines and processes
Dispatch & Delivery Coordination
Work closely with dispatch teams to ensure on-time vehicle departures
Coordinate with drivers for smooth and timely deliveries
Track delivery status and escalate delays proactively
