Project Role : Technology Support Engineer

Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Document client issues and resolutions for future reference.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

Mandatory Basic Networking skills : Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent)
Must to Have Skills (Minimum 2 should have from listed skills) : Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki, Juniper MIST, Prisma SDWAN, Fortinet SDWAN, CATO SDWAN, Versa SDWAN, HPE Silverpeak
Good to have Skills (Minimum 2 should have from listed skills) : Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, REST APIs, CI/CD
Good to have knowledge on Skills (Minimum 1 should have from listed skills) : Cloud Networking, Automation, Wireless, Firewalls
