The Software Engineer I is a key player in our technical expertise and delivery. This role involves owning, designing, and delivering software functionality, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer problems, and promoting positive engineering practices.
This position reports to the Engineering Manager and is part of the Customer Sustaining Team of Engineering Department located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
Develop and maintain software solutions to address customer support incidents and escalations.
Collaborate with team members to investigate issues, resolve defects, and implement enhancements that improve product quality and user experience
