About Swades AI
Swades AI is India's #1 Applied AI Research Lab, backed by Y Combinator and top Silicon Valley investors including Soma Capital and Slow Ventures. Our HealOS product line — AI Scribe, AI Receptionist, Prior Authorization, Benefit Verification, and Fax & Referrals — serves US independent medical practices. The same team also runs two additional SaaS products, PowerDialer.ai and OpenMic.ai. We're fully remote — our team works from different locations, and we hire people who've already done the exact job we're hiring for, not people who've managed someone else doing it.
About the Role
We hire for what you've already done, not for a title. This posting maps to real work — searches like GTM Engineer, Demand Generation Specialist, Growth Marketer, Marketing Automation Specialist, Outbound Lead Generation Specialist — and we're looking for someone who has done this exact job before.
You've worked at a bootstrapped Indian SaaS company selling to US SMBs,



or you've run outbound for a robust B2B agency and are ready to go in-house. 2–5 years of experience.
What You'll Own
● Clay tables and enrichment waterfalls
● Cold email infrastructure — Smartlead / Instantly, domain setup, warming, and deliverability
● LinkedIn automation
● Google and Meta ads
● Lead handoff into GoHighLevel (GHL)
What You Won't Own
● Positioning and copy direction
● Closing deals
● Brand
How We'll Measure Success
Qualified conversations booked per week, per product.
How We'll Evaluate You
A 30-minute screen-share. We'll give you an ICP and watch you build a Clay table with a working enrichment waterfall. Hands-on Clay work is the hardest thing here to fake and the easiest for us to verify.
Hiring Process
● A work sample that mirrors the real job (never a puzzle), and a reference check with consent collected up front.
● We screen on current CTC, not expected CTC.
