The Service Sales Manager is responsible for driving service sales growth by delivering strong order intake, revenue,



and margin expansion across assigned accounts and territories. This role creates significant impact by identifying opportunities, converting pipeline into revenue, and increasing installed base penetration to sustain long-term, profitable growth.
This position reports to Director, Service Sales, India LSIG and is part of the Service Sales / Commercial Organization located in Pune .
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive service sales growth through disciplined prospect identification, pipeline management, and conversion to achieve order, revenue, and margin targets
Execute strategic account plans to expand service coverage, increase share of wallet, and build recurring revenue streams
Identify customer needs and translate them into value-based service offerings including maintenance, lifecycle services, and modernization
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to position services as critic
